Who
Garland's Digest on Employment Discrimination Law was
launched in the fall of 1997. Initially, it was a

More recently, it has become an ad-based web site that is free
to the public.
Garland's Digest is edited by Tom Garland. Mr. Garland is an attorney
licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee. He holds an "Of Counsel"
position with Milligan & Coleman and has practiced law with this same firm for over
twenty years.
Mr. Garland is a life-long resident of Greeneville, Tennessee where he lives
with his wife, Rita, his daughter, Laura, and their demanding mutt, Jenny.
