Garland's Digest has been online since September 1997. Our subscribers include lawyers, corporations, government agencies and federal judges.

Garland's Digest is edited by Tom Garland. Mr. Garland is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee. He holds an "Of Counsel" position with Milligan & Coleman and has practiced law with this same firm for over twenty years.

Mr. Garland is a life-long resident of Greeneville, Tennessee where he lives with his wife, Rita, his daughter, Laura, and their demanding mutt, Jenny.
