Username / Password problems
If your username/password combination does not work, make sure you are typing all letters lower case unless your username or password was assigned with an uppercase letter.

If your username / password combination still does not work, then for immediate web site access, look in this week's e-mail newsletter and near the bottom will be a temporary username/password combination that you can use. Also, you need to verify your username/password combination with either the person who manages your subscription (for example, a librarian) or send an e-mail to us at: question@garlands-digest.com

Please explain in the e-mail that your username/password combination does not work.
