How long has you been online?

Lawyers, corporations, government agencies and federal judges.
Can a non-lawyer subscribe?
This web site is designed for employment law professionals. If you are not an employment law professional, you can subscribe, but we do not recommend it.
If you are an employee or an employer who is faced with an employment discrimination law issue, we strongly recommend that you consult with a lawyer in your area.
What service do you provide?
We do two things. First, each week we summarize every new federal employment law decision from the U.S. Supreme Court and the federal courts of appeal. Those summaries are sent to our subscriber in an e-mail newsletter 48 weeks a year. The cases and case summaries are on our site and we have a search engine through which a subscriber can search the cases or case summaries by court. Second, we are in the process of putting a treatise online. All of the treatise content is currently online and we should have finished construction of the Treatise Index by August 1, 2007. We will finish inserting exact page citations for quotations in the treatise by September 1, 2007. Finally, the FMLA chapter of the Treatise will be online by June 1, 2008.
How many cases and case summaries are online?
More than 3,800 cases and 3,800 case summaries. They date back to September 1996.
