Gary M. Feldman practices in the Employment Law Group and the Litigation Group at Davis, Malm & D’Agostine, P.C. Mr. Feldman advises employers and business executives in all aspects of employment-related issues and policies, and he regularly litigates employment issues before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and in federal and state courts.
Mr. Feldman's employment practice also involves the negotiation of executive employment agreements, noncompetition agreements, intellectual property agreements and severance agreements. In the course of his litigation practice, Mr. Feldman has represented individuals, stockholders, and private and public corporations before federal and state trial courts, appellate courts, arbitration panels, and alternative dispute forums throughout Massachusetts and New England. Mr. Feldman has extensive experience in a wide variety of business and commercial litigation matters.
Mr. Feldman is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Mr. Feldman is a member of the Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations, and the American Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Feldman earned a B.A. from Washington University and a J.D. from the Boston University School of Law in 1982, where he was an Edward F. Hennessey Scholar.
