Narrative:  As a college professor with a law degree who writes employment law books and articles, I have consulted with over 200 employers throughout the nation. I have presented approximately 200 speeches and seminars on employment law topics, and served as an expert witness in several federal and state court lawsuits, and before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights and other organizations. Currently I am working with issues involving the Americans with Disabilities Act's application to employers, government, and places of public accommodation; sexual harassment; reductions-in-force; absenteeism; performance evaluations; and the interplay of the Family and Medical Leave Act, ADA and workers' compensation laws.
