How do I cancel my subscription?

If you are a subscriber, send an e-mail to us and say you want to cancel. Send the e-mail to: cancel@garlands-digest.com

We will send a confirmation e-mail and send you any refund that you are entitled to under the subscription agreement. Please note that if you are an employee of a subscriber and you just wish to stop receiving the newsletter, do not send an e-mail canceling the subscription or you will cancel your employer's subscription.

How does an employee of a subscriber stop receiving the e-mail newsletter or otherwise change his or her e-mail preferences?

If you are an employee of a subscriber and you wish to either stop receiving the newsletter or change the version of the newsletter you receive (for example, from our text version to our html version), send an e-mail to: newsletter@garlands-digest.com

How does a subscriber add or delete persons to our e-mail distribution list?

If a subscriber adds users that exceed the number of users allowed by that subscribers current subscription, what happens?

Let's assume the subscriber is a law firm that has five users of Garland's Digest. The subscriber would have signed up for a Law Firm subscription for 3 to 5 users. Now let's assume the law firm wishes to add a sixth user. The subscriber can do so for no charge, but when the subscription comes up for renewal, the subscriber will renewed the subscription based on the "6 to 10 users" category.
