Number of Users This is the number of persons whom you expect to read the newsletter or access the web site during the coming year. Even if the number of users changes during the year, we will not adjust the cost of this year's subscription. But we will revise the cost of the subscription for next year when you renew. If your subscription is for a National Union, then users are limited to employees of the National Union. The only exception would be an independent contractor who works exclusively for the National Union. But an independent contractor who does not work exclusively for the National Union, like an outside counsel, must subscribe separately. If your subscription is for a Local, then users are limited to employees and members of that Local. The only exception would be an independent contractor who works exclusively for the Local.
