13.251.21 Meniere's disease

8th Circuit

Plaintiff suffering from Meniere's disease was not disabled with respect to the major life activity of working. Perkins v. St. Louis County Water Co., 160 F.3d 446 (8th Cir. 1998).

9th Circuit

In EEOC v. United Parcel Service, Inc., 424 F.3d 1060 (9th Cir. 2005), the court held, in a case under California state law, that persons with monocular vision seeking truck driving jobs with UPS were disabled with respect to the major life activities of seeing and working.
